Time per Customer

Measure how long reps spend with each customer compared with time spent travelling, and check whether visit time matches the value of each account.

What it does

  • Time on site per customer visit
  • Travel versus customer time per day
  • Average visit length by customer type
  • Very short or very long visit flags
  • Time per account compared with sales
  • Weekly time reports per rep

Why it matters

  • More selling time per day
  • Visit effort matched to account value
  • Better day planning
  • Coaching based on facts

How it works

Arrival and departure at each customer zone are recorded from the rep's GPS, giving the time on site, while the gaps between visits show travel time.

Good to know

Visits inside large buildings or malls may need a slightly larger zone to record arrival and departure reliably.

Common question

Can we compare time with sales results? Yes, when visit data is combined with sales figures from the CRM or ERP.
